The word "Computer" derived from latin "putare" =Think+prune that means to think and solve the given task."Com" means Together .In other words computer means a digital machine used by a user to solve certain types of queries based on user input.The tasks could be Algorithmic,Arithmetic,other means of computing and different processes.User provide input data to computer it process the data and return back the optimized result to user output.
In past centuries people use ledger's account books for their business computing,but the process of entering data on those computing books are very hectic and time taken process it requires lot of time as well as human efforts.The most disadvantage of this process is that,their is no backup policies or data protection method.
